Cleaning the outside of your luggage
- Use a mild soap. Ensure the surface does not become too wet, as this may damage the fabric.
- Remove dry dirt with a brush. For stubborn stains, use a cleaning foam.
- Note : To prevent colours from bleeding through to the outer surface, do not store your suitcase near a heat source.
Cleaning the inside of your luggage
- To avoid unpleasant odours after your trip, remember to empty your suitcase completely and leave it to air for a day before storing.
- Use a vacuum cleaner to remove any dust, hair, lint, sand, etc.
- Stubborn stains inside your suitcase can be removed using a sponge and soapy water.
- Important: Ensure your case is completely dry before closing it.

Produit nickel, seul déception, j’ai fait une demande lié à ma commande concernant un choix de couleur différente et à ma grande surprise aucune réponse. Résultat on m’a envoyé la bleu marine et à ce jour toujours pas de réponse. Y a-t-il un service clients ?
