Article 1: Preamble
These general terms of sale represent all the provisions that constitute the offer issued by the company Société Alsacienne de Maroquinerie, registered with the Trade and Companies Registry of Saverne under number 676 180 060, and having SIRET number 676 180 060 00011, hereinafter referred to as "SAMAR" or "we," to any potential buyer of its products via the website www.jump.fr (the Site) hereinafter referred to as "the user" or "the customer." Placing an order implies the full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms of sale by the customer. Any condition to the contrary set by the customer is not binding on SAMAR. SAMAR cannot be contractually bound by any document other than these general terms of sale, and specifically brochures or catalogs, which are only indicative. SAMAR reserves the right to modify these general terms at any time. Any internet user can review the general terms of sale on the website www.jump.fr (hereinafter "the site"). Since these general terms of sale may be subject to modifications, the applicable conditions are those in force on the site on the date of placing your order. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is subject to SAMAR's authorization. These general terms of sale aim to define the sales terms between SAMAR and the user, from ordering to services, including payment and delivery. They regulate all the necessary steps for placing an order and ensure its follow-up between the contracting parties. SAMAR undertakes to comply with all the provisions of the consumer code relating to distance selling.
Article 2: Acceptance of Conditions
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the general terms of sale set out in this document and formally declares to accept them without reservation.
Article 3: Restriction of Use
SAMAR has designed and maintains this site for personal and non-commercial use by the customer. Users are not authorized to market, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publicly represent, integrate into a derivative work, report, or use the content of the site in any way for any public or commercial use. The user may download to a computer or print a copy of the pages on the site only for personal, non-commercial use, and for private, domestic, educational, and non-commercial purposes, provided that the trademarks, intellectual property notices, and copyright notices © remain intact without any modification, deletion, or change. Any violation of these conditions would result in the cancellation of the user's authorization to use the site, and the infringing user should immediately destroy any copies made of the site's content.
Article 4: Products
The characteristics of the products ordered by the customer are indicated on the "Products" pages of the site. All the products offered comply with French legislation and the applicable standards in France. The products are guaranteed for 2 or 5 years, depending on the suitcase models, against manufacturing defects and not against normal wear due to regular use or misuse of the product. The photographs illustrating the products are provided for illustrative purposes. Our product and price offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site and within the limits of available stocks. The products remain the property of SAMAR until the full payment of the price. SAMAR's liability cannot be incurred in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered other than France. Moreover, in case of non-substantial differences between the presentation photos of the articles on the Site, texts, and illustrations and the ordered articles, our liability will not be engaged.
Article 5: Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes. They take into account the value-added tax applicable on the day of the order, excluding participation in processing and shipping costs. We reserve the right to modify these prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order registration.
Article 6: Order
Orders are placed on the site and can only be recorded if the customer has clearly identified himself by entering his customer code (or specific identifier of the www.jump.fr site) and his password, which are strictly personal to him. Contractual information is presented in French and will be subject to confirmation no later than at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order. By placing an order on www.jump.fr, the customer declares and guarantees that he has the legal capacity to place an order, or that he has parental authorization allowing him to make a purchase on said website. Any order constitutes acceptance of prices, these general terms of sale, and the description of products available for sale. Any dispute on this point will be settled within the framework of a possible exchange and the guarantees mentioned below. In the case of an order by a professional, SAMAR will not incur any liability for any indirect damages resulting from these conditions, loss of business, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damages, or expenses that may arise from the purchase of products.
Article 7: Validation
In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 2000-230 of March 13, 2000, adapting the law of proof to information technologies and concerning electronic signatures, providing the online credit card number and the final validation of the order constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the general terms of sale and payment. They also constitute proof of all transactions between SAMAR and its customer and serve as proof of the entire order and the sums committed by entering the items on the order form. This validation is a signature and express acceptance of all operations carried out on the site. SAMAR will confirm any order by email to the customer upon validation of his order or at the latest at the time of shipment of the order. However, in the event of fraudulent use of his credit card, the customer is invited, upon noticing this use, to contact our customer service.
Article 8: Availability
Our product offers are made within the limits of available stocks. In the event of a failure to fulfill the contract resulting from the unavailability of the ordered item, the customer will be informed of this unavailability by email, the order will be canceled, and the customer will be refunded no later than 30 days from the payment of the sums paid or debited from his account. In the event of unavailability of all or part of the order, the refund will be made at SAMAR's discretion by crediting the customer's bank account or by check no later than thirty days from the payment of the sums paid by the customer.
Article 9: Delivery
Products purchased on the website are delivered to the address specified by the customer during the ordering process. As an indication, the average delivery time is 15 working days. In the case of payment by credit card, the indicated deadlines are average and correspond to manufacturing times, in addition to shipping and delivery times. Delivery cannot be made "care of," nor to a post office box. Our carrier, COLISSIMO, will make the delivery from Monday to Saturday to the address you have provided. Upon receiving the package, it is your responsibility to immediately check it and make any reservations with the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 3 days of receiving the package. SAMAR must fulfill the order within 90 days from the day following the customer's validation of the order. The exceeding of the shipping deadline cannot lead to the cancellation of the order, any reduction in the price paid by the buyer, or any payment for damages and interests, provided that the customer is delivered within 90 working days following the confirmation of the order. The customer will receive, no later than the day of delivery, information about the conditions and terms of the right of withdrawal, as well as information regarding after-sales service and commercial guarantees. SAMAR is responsible for the proper execution of contractual obligations towards the customer, resulting from the contract concluded on the website. However, SAMAR can exempt itself from all or part of its liability by providing evidence that the non-performance or improper performance of the contract is attributable either to the customer, or to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract, or to a case of force majeure as defined by French jurisprudence in force, such as disruptions or general, total, or partial strikes, especially postal services and means of transport and/or communication, floods, storms, fires. Similarly, SAMAR's liability cannot be held in case of non-performance of the contract due to out-of-stock or unavailability of the product. Finally, SAMAR's liability cannot be incurred for any inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the Internet network, including service interruptions, external intrusions, the presence of computer viruses.
Article 10: Payment and Security
The payment for your purchases will be made online on the website: - either by credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, other credit cards. Security: all payments are secure, and all packages are insured. Personal information and credit card numbers never pass in clear between the browser and the server; the data is signed, encrypted, and transmitted by the SSL protocol (SSL Certificate) upstream of the telepayment module. The agreement of the central network of credit cards (GIE Carte Bancaire) triggers the acceptance of the order. On the day of shipment of the goods, your account is debited for the amount of your invoice corresponding to the shipped product(s) and the shipping costs if necessary.

Article 12: Withdrawal Period / Exchange Request
In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to return it to us without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. However, return costs will be borne by the customer. No cash-on-delivery shipments will be accepted for any reason. Only the amount of the purchased product(s) will be refunded within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date on which the right of withdrawal was exercised. Any customer wishing to request a refund for an item must contact our services via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and return the item in question, strictly following the detailed instructions below:
1. For an order shipped to mainland France, you have a period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of the item you wish to be refunded.
2. For an order shipped abroad: Within the same period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from its receipt, return the item you wish to be refunded, in its complete original packaging, to the following address: JUMP - 18 Route de Dachstein - 67120 MOLSHEIM. This return will be at your exclusive expense and risk, and you must provide proof of this return, which requires that the item be returned by registered mail or by any other means giving a certain date. The costs of these services depend on the location from which you will resend the item.
3.A copy of the original invoice and a refund request must be enclosed with the returned package. Upon receipt of the returned item, SAMAR will examine it, and, provided that it has been received in its complete original packaging, in perfect condition and unused, not worn, damaged, deteriorated, or soiled, SAMAR will proceed with the refund within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the receipt of the return. It is expressly specified that the amount of the refund thus made will be that of the price of the returned item, excluding the delivery costs paid for the initial shipment. It is also expressly stipulated that any refund can only be made for the exclusive benefit of the customer who paid the order price, even in the case of using our gift service or a recipient of the order different from the initial customer.
Any item purchased on this site can be exchanged under the conditions set out below. Within a period of 7 (seven) calendar days from the receipt of their order, any customer wishing to exchange an item must contact our services via email at email@example.com and return the item in question, strictly following the detailed instructions below:

It is expressly specified that the amount of the electronic credit note thus issued will be that of the price of the returned item, excluding the delivery costs paid for the initial shipment. The credit note must be used within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of its issuance, for the purchase of a replacement item made only on this site. To purchase a replacement item, the customer must return to the homepage of this site and follow the usual purchase process. At the time of validating the new order, the customer just needs to enter their credit identification code.
12.3: Other Returns
SAMAR does not accept any return, other than in cases provided for in Articles 2 and 4 of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Regarding the free return policy by SAMAR: this policy applies only to orders without discounts. If the order contains a discount, the return is at the customer's expense.
Article 14: Refund
Beyond the withdrawal period mentioned in Article 12 herein, items cannot be refunded. The customer benefits, in any case, from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects on the purchased products.
Article 15: Personal Information
SAMAR undertakes not to disclose to third parties the information provided by users on the site. This information is confidential and will be used exclusively by its internal services for order processing, for the strengthening and customization of its communication, including letters and informational emails, and for the customization of the site based on preferences observed in users. The data collected on the site is for purely internal use. They are integrated into the customer file. SAMAR refuses any disclosure of this data to any company. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the customer has the right to access, rectify, and oppose the data recorded concerning them. This right of rectification can be exercised at any time by sending a letter to the address of the SAMAR company indicated in Article 1 herein.
