- If your product has been delivered to mainland France and has not met your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt.
- Free returns apply to all products, except “End of Line” goods and sales items.
- Each customer is entitle to one free return of JUMP® bags and luggage.
- Return your purchase unused and intact with all its labels and we will refund your payment to your credit or debit card.
